Return Policy
* Cancellations must be received in written email within 24hrs. of purchase.
* Shipping Information: Please include your contact telephone number and your correct shipping address.
* Delivery time is usually from 7 to 14 business days for most international destinations.
* Each mobile watch phone will undergo additional testing by manufacturer to insure working status of phone when delivered.
* The parcel is delivered to your address, adult signature required. We will provide you with the tracking number of the shipment from dispatch date, from then on you must contact the shipping agent should there be any problems.
* You may return new, unopened products (except for items that have been customized on behalf of the buyer) for store credit, less a twenty per cent (20%) restocking fee, within five (5) business days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact.
* Defective or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receiving the damaged item. Within 48hrs. of receiving the damaged item.
* Buyer is responsible for shipping cost to factory for exchange. At this time the item will be inspected by our staff to determine if the item is indeed defective and we will then replace the item.
* One year manufacture warranty: Within 1 year, buyers can send them back for free repair, in this case, buyer's pay all the shipping fees on both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you.
* If buyer break the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of that components.
* 3G Watches is not responsible for any duty/custom tax in your country. If your items are held by custom, you will be contacted to pay the necessary custom tax. You will be responsible for any return cost if you fail to pay the custom duty. You will be also 100% responsible for any loss of items if they package was held or destroyed by custom in your country.
